Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: 2 cameras, one in the front of the home facing the driveway and one facing the entry area
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our two-day stay at the Secret Garden was lovely. This newly renovated home provides huge windows facing the ocean, secluded outdoor space with a fire pit protected from the wind. Great room offers lots of open space with a well-stocked kitchen. Large dining room table provided a great place for our card games. Sufficient lighting for reading and games is problematic and would be a greater issue in winter when days are shorter. The shower needs renovation of glass door due to low head room for entry and exit. A path leads to stairs for access to beach. Great retreat and place for bird watching, relaxing, reading and offers a large back yard. Easy access to Yachats.

We had 6 guests styating for 6 days, and the amounts of soaps, trash bags, detergent were not commensurate. Should have been adequately provisioned, and Vacasa refused to accommodate with reasonable refills. This ruined what otherwise could have been a great guest interaction. Other than that the house just needed front windows to be cleaner. The ocean-facing windows had layer of salt spray that makes looking through them less enjoyable. Else, the view was fantastic.
