Located right next to the Warnemünde spa park, just about 5 minutes from the beach, our “Düne” vacation apartment at Villa, Wachtlerstr. 10 is available as a cozy vacation home. The beach is just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a vacation apartment that was newly and comfortably furnished in 2025 in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Warnemünde, right next to the spa gardens and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located on the mezzanine level, the approximately 38-square-meter one-room “Düne” apartment features a living/bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.40 m wide) and a sleeper sofa, TV, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is designed to accommodate 1 to 2 people.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee (coin-operated machine).
The apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
Please note: Construction work is taking place on the neighboring property.
This may cause some disruption and noise. We apologize for any inconvenience.
