About this apartment rental
Located right next to the Warnemünde spa gardens, just about 5 minutes from the beach, our vacation apartments "Wellenreiter," "Sonnenstrand," and "Traumstrand" are available as cozy vacation homes in the restored Wilhelminian-style villa at Wachtlerstr. 7/8. The apartments are easily accessible via the elevator located inside the building. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, and services are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The approximately 43 m² “Wellenreiter” vacation apartment, located on the 3rd floor, features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a very nice shower room with a hair dryer, a French balcony (with access outside), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, cable TV, radio/CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and carpeted floors. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2–3 people. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the basement for a fee. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
One underground parking space is available free of charge in the Kurhaus’s underground garage, located about 100 meters away.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).
Please note: Pipe-laying work is currently taking place on the street in front of the building; this may cause noise and disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.
Baker’s, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner
