This newly renovated, ground-level apartment offers a private entrance, covered parking, and peaceful mountain living — without the noise of highways or crowds. Located on the quiet north shores of Lake Granby, you're just minutes from downtown Grand Lake, Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Unlike hotels, condos, or your parents' basement, the footsteps upstairs genuinely care about your mental health (might offer some extra tips and resources to make your trip special). You’ll likely be greeted by one or two friendly dogs — sweet, and highly skilled at emotional manipulation. You’ve been warned.

My daughter and I stayed here for a girls getaway and absolutely loved it. Everything was just as pictured and was very clean. All of the essential supplies were provided (dinnerware, hair dryer, iron, etc). I was thrilled to find trekking poles in the guest closet since I had forgotten mine at home. Julie has thought of all the little details. The home is located conveniently close to “downtown” Grand Lake and RMNP, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Checking in was simple and Julie was available for any questions. We would love to stay again the next time we are in town.

This is a perfect spot if you are exploring the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. The accommodations are comfortable and it was a great place to end the day after a full day of hiking—very quiet. I hope to come back to this spot again.

Great location. This is a small walk out basement area with Kitchen living, one bedroom and one bath. The sofa does not pull out and should not be considered for sleeping comfortably. Due to the fact that it is the lower level it is very dark. Nice new finishes. No stovetop.
