Close to town. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Separate bunk house for kids. Nice fire place to use while you plan to stay inside main house. Lots of blankets.
Heating element permanently not working in bunk house. Dryer still didn't finish drying my clothes after 3 cycles of drying. Needs to be set at higher temp as you are unable to change this manually. Both of these factors made it hard to stay warm waking in the morning or getting ready to go explore outside. My hubby loved the bed, just not my type (spring mattress).

Great location.... the cabin has got all you need for a comfortable stay. From the outside, it looks a bit disappointing, but on the inside, it is very well maintained, everything functions and it's got everything one would need for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the BBQ outside.
this is not the fault of the property, but when it is windy outside, you feel like sitting in a sandstorm. If the road was paved, it would be different .....

What a delight this little cabin was. We was surprised how the kitchen & bathroom were fully stocked. Everything you could need from condiments to shampoo & conditioner. The outdoor sitting area was so peaceful & serene. Laurie the owner was super sweet & guided us along the way.
My only complaint is that we were unable to utilize the pot belly stove or the outdoor fire pit. They said there was a fire ban, but it was updated on June 24th, we moved in on the 25th. Didn't make a big deal out of it because it was just one day later.
