    During check-in we were informed that the hotel is fully booked and we will be moved to ***. They said it is a better hotel and it is! However, we would appreciate it better if they communicated to us before so we could have arranged our transfer to drop us off in the new hotel. We have a lot of luggages and we had to walk to the new hotel in cobblestoned street with our luggages 😂 it was just a few minutes walk but still it was less of a hassle if they told us at least the night before. However the new hotel is clean, the room is spacious and we had the view of the grotto. Breakfast is nice but same everyday.

    We were moved to Solitude Hotel. New hotel is nicer but a few minutes farther from the grotto. For senior citizens this matter as we already have a hard time walking. But all in all it was a good stay.

    Comfortable room with a lovely shower room. Kettle and fridge available. It would perhaps benefit from more storage. Minutes from the Sanctuary with no need to walk up steep inclines.
