The 1524 m² house is a fantastic place for a family celebration or a company event, with plenty of space to romp around in the well-equipped activity and wellness areas, and with plenty of opportunity to retreat to your privacy. The 22 large double rooms are all equipped with a refrigerator, TV and private bathroom. The house is affiliated with Thyborøn Sports Centre and Camping, where you can book the sports hall and all its activities, and at the campsite you can book additional accommodation on a daily basis in the modern 6-person cabins. Everything is within walking distance. The holiday home offers everything your heart could desire in terms of entertainment and recreational opportunities. In the four activity rooms, family and friends can compete in billiards, table tennis, darts, etc., and there is also a range of exercise equipment and, of course, Nintendo Wii and Playstation2 for the youngest guests. If you are more into water activities, relaxation and pampering, the large wellness area beckons. Here you will find an 8-person hot tub that invites you to enjoy a pleasant underwater massage, a separate room with a hot tub for 2 people, a sauna and a beautiful steam cabin. There are also separate rooms for massage, foot therapy, etc., which can be booked locally. The kitchen is very well equipped and sized for the size of the house. Between the kitchen and the dining room, there is a practical serving room, so you can really serve a feast in the 80 m² dining room. Conveniently located near the bedrooms, there are also 2 smaller kitchens at each end of the house. The well-appointed and inviting living room has a large flat-screen TV, and the satellite dish provides both Scandinavian and German channels, including Viasat for sports enthusiasts. There is, of course, also free internet access. The architecture of the house naturally creates a number of outdoor nooks, furnished with comfortable garden furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun or play a game of petanque. The house “Lukaf” is located in the centre of Thyborøn, which is an authentic and active town and not just a tourist backdrop. A few steps from the house, you will find cafés, restaurants and small, cosy specialty shops. Thyborøn's location at the mouth of the Limfjord in the North Sea provides the basis for an active fishing port with a fish auction, the opportunity to go fishing in the North Sea and, not least, the opportunity to buy lots of freshly caught fish. The harbour itself is a major attraction, but you should also visit the Coastal Centre, Jyllands-Akvariet and Sneglehuset. Thyborøn boasts one of the west coast's best beaches thanks to the breakwaters created by intensive coastal protection work.
