Well-located vacation home approximately 500 meters from the North Sea and the child-friendly beach at Thyborøn. The holiday home is also an activity center with many hours of entertainment for both children and adults, including billiards and table football. The activity room is located in the house's large 36 m3 garage with a heat pump, electric door, and skylights. The house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with an open kitchen/living room. The living room offers comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. The kitchen features a ceramic stove, electric kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is a bright bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and underfloor heating. There is both a washing machine and a dryer. The house has a lovely enclosed garden where you can enjoy privacy, as well as an open terrace with comfortable garden furniture where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. Free access to Vandkulturhuset Wærket Thyborøn, an activity center with fitness facilities, a water area, and an indoor trampoline park.(Please check opening hours on the website) In addition, Thyborøn offers a skate park, a surf center where you can rent equipment and sign up for day courses, a grass field for soccer, rounders, and much more, as well as a playground (just around the corner from the cottage) with climbing towers, a ball court, and play equipment. All within walking distance of the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
