This 90 m2 townhouse is located in the city center of Cannes and will give you an amazing localisation during your stay. This place is composed as followed :
- Entrance hall at ground floor with independant toilets
- Stairs to access to the upper level
- the kitchen is fully equipped and opened to the living room
- The living room as a large couch area, a table and 2 bay windows offering access to the 40 m2 terrasse
- The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), TV, storage, AC
- The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm), TV, storage, AC
- Bathroom with shower and sink
- Independant toilets
## Access
You will be able to enjoy every room apart from 2 rooms closed for personal belongings.
## Interaction
Someone will meet you in person to give you the keys and welcome you the place around. We will stay available throughout your stay by phone or in person to ensure the quality of your stay.
## Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is very central and located right behind the train station of Cannes. You are next to Place du Commandant Maria square where you will be able to find a boulangerie, a supermarket, bank, flower shops, restaurants, tabac, etc.

Check ins are until 8 PM and check outs are at 10 AM.
