Birch and Beam was fully remodeled and thoughtfully designed by New South Home in 2025 with all new bathrooms, a modern kitchen, fresh paint, and brand-new designer furnishings, decor, bedding and linens. The interiors blend elevated comfort with the nostalgic charm of classic lakefront living - ideal for relaxed family gatherings and memorable stays on Lake Norman.
Set on a quiet, private channel with limited boat traffic, the property is ideal for tubing, wakeboarding, water skiing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding right in your own backyard.
