This large 1930 mansion of 140m2 with garden is located in a quiet area of Argeles, in the immediate vicinity of the city center and 3 km from the beaches.
It has been completely renovated to current standards and in an ecological (healthy and pollutant-free materials) and bioclimatic way: you will be surprised by the comfort offered by the coolness that reigns even during hot weather.
It offers 3 large bedrooms upstairs (16 to 18m2) as well as a large office-TV area also with a mezzanine bed. A 4th bedroom is located on the first floor (12m2).
With its wooded garden you will enjoy the sun from the morning and the unobstructed view of the mountain.
With free spaces in the street just in front of the house (3 vehicles), and its bicycle garage (with electrical outlet), it is located in a wide and quiet street, in the immediate vicinity of the city center, the train station and the shuttle to the beaches, hiking departures ....
