Just no coffee in room or microwave! Hi miss do that!

The good: The staff was lovely and very kind. The breakfast was well stocked and quite good. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, which is nice. The room was clean enough. The less good: The hallway noise is easily heard in the room. I am not sure if neighbouring noise is, as we didn't have neighbours during our stay. I imagine that it would also be very loud, though. We were up at 5:30am each day as guests were milling about in the hallways and stairway. Oddly, no coffee makers in the room, but they always have coffee going in the lobby. Still, it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room for breakfast or an evening decaf or something. The bed is a bit soft for our liking, but that's a more personal preference, really. Overall, we would stay again if the price is right, but probably bring some earplugs.
