About this house rental
Located in the gated community of Paloma at Palmira Golf and Country Club. The community offers many amenities to enjoy! Resort style community pool with restaurant and bar, adult only lap pool, state of art gym, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, playground and so much more!
The Space:
Newly renovated, fully furnished condo with 2,300 square feet of living space. The master bedroom features a king bed, his/her walk-in closets, large dresser and chest, private bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, large bathtub and private toilet area. The second and third bedroom are located on the opposite side of the house offering privacy to the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom can be used as a bedroom or an office. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
An open room concept overlooked by a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful white cabinets with seating for four. Kitchen has everything you need pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and silverware. Dining table has seating for eight. The living area offers full length, full wall sliders that walk out to a large, private lanai. The lanai is furnished with seating for six. The condo offers a fully equipped laundry room with sink and cabinet storage. There is an attached two car garage.
In addition, the condo has new hurricane shudders, ample natural lighting, porcelain 'wood' floors in the main living area with new carpet in the bedrooms.
Other things to note
Just minutes from I-75, there is an array of shopping and dining options nearby. This is a non-smoking, pet free unit. The HOA requires that all renters submit a rental application along with a nonrefundable processing fee, which includes a background check. Security deposit is $2500.
Additionally, you will be allowed two barcodes (gate access) for a charge of $25 each paid at the time of issuance to the association.
Renter responsible for electric. No smoking. Will consider (case by case basis) a leaser shorter than a 12-months; will not accept a lease shorter than 6-months.
