Come and enjoy our fully equipped luxury condo in beautiful Bonita Springs in SW Florida! This second story unit features the popular 'Heather' model floor plan with 14 ft vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and all the modern amenities you'll ever need for your next fun filled, relaxing get-away. Enjoy the stunning lake and golf course views from the large master bedroom or the full panoramic view from the spacious living area that features 12 ft sliders that open completely onto your private lanai.
The master ensuite bathroom features double sinks, a linen closet, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy the second bedroom located at the front of the unit, including their own large bathroom with tub/shower. A pull-out, queen sized bed in the living room ensures comfortable accommodation for up to six.
You'll feel right at home with a fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with pantry, breakfast bar, washer/dryer and all the latest technology comforts including flat screen HD TVs, Cable, DVR, High Speed WIFI internet, and entertainment center including access to your favourite streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc). Also enjoy the convenience of unlimited land line phone calls to US and Canada. Located just a few steps from the front door is a heated pool/spa and grilling area.
Spring run is a gated, country club community conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, in the award wining community of The Brooks. Spring Run features a 72 par private championship Golf Course, perfect for any level of player. An optional Golf & Country Club membership transfer fee of 532.50 paid directly to Spring Run gives you and another person unlimited, full access to the driving range, putting green and all the amenities of the newly renovated full service Country Club. Additional green fees apply. If vacationing between May and October you will benefit from the opportunity to play for cart fees only at any one of the 40 golf courses in the area, under the reciprocal program.

This property is tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout. All the amenities were provided to ensure our stay was perfect. Cannot find fault with any aspect. Communication with owner has been exemplary so that the whole process was easy. Having transferred the membership, access to other courses on the reciprocal list was organised via the pro shop including the tee booking. All the Spring Run staff were most helpful. The Spring Run golf course is a good challenge for any level of ability and the facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
This is the best accommodation that we have found in all the years we have been travelling to SW Florida. A real gem.

I’ve been coming to Bonita Springs for my March vacation for eight years. This condo is hands down the best one I’ve had the pleasure to rent. Everything supplied is of superior quality. The amenities, the people and staff amazing. Waking up to the view from the lanai beautiful. If available would rent this jewel again.

This beautiful condo was picture perfect as we enjoyed spectacular views of the golf course and bubbling ponds especially when we dined on the lovely lanai.
An abundance of activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, water aerobics and lectures were available to us. Steps away from the immaculate condo was a serene heated swimming pool with hot tub. Dining was made easy with barbecue grills adjacent to the pool. Additional full dining experiences were offered at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also included a Fitness Center and golf boutique.
A short walk or bike ride away brought us to a full shopping and dining experience at Coconut Point.
The owners provided all necessary information for more than a comfortable Winter stay.
Our five star rating would sincerely be given to our family and friends.
This was truly a “ Fun in the Sun” time in our life and we are counting the days till our return!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great owners, This place has it all. We enjoyed our self for two months and would definitely return. The owners made sure everything was satisfactory to us. The sunshine in the morning started your day off on a happy note.
