Independent villa with a private pool in the Florentine hills near the cities of Montelupo Fiorentino and Florence.
The villa has two floors and 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the grounds there is a private pool with panoramic views, a multi-purpose court for tennis and five-a-side soccer, and a lovely veranda with a barbecue where you can dine outside.

Whilst Posarelli villas are managing this listing and are a responsive commercial company. I want to point out specifically about the most amazing host, Lorenzo who went above and beyond his way to make you feel at home and comfortable. he is extremely responsive with helpful suggestions of the local area and knows the house inside out. The house is a real home and it feels so welcoming. The rooms are spacious the scenery is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool, Terrace and barbecue as well as the tennis areas. Location is great with close access to amenities and even a short train into Florence if you didn’t fancy driving. Thank you again, Lorenzo for going above and beyond for me and my family.

We had such an amazing time at Villa Adriana! We arrived late but were warmly welcomed by Valentino, the host, who gave us a helpful tour of the villa and showed us where everything was — a great start to our stay.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning. With three teenage boys, the outdoor space was perfect — a massive pool and a tennis court kept them entertained for hours. The bedrooms were all spacious with plenty of storage, and the downstairs living area was huge and ideal for relaxing together as a family.
The location is peaceful, tucked away in the hills with breathtaking views. It’s only a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket, and we found some fantastic restaurants just 15 minutes away where the food was excellent. The beach is also within easy reach, about 50 minutes by car.
I would highly recommend Villa Adriana to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Tuscany!
