This charming holiday home in Vorupør, which extends over 90 square meters and is located on a spacious plot of 900 square meters. The house, which was built in 1972, has undergone a modernization in 2020, which has given it a modern and welcoming touch. With space for up to 6 people, this holiday home is the perfect destination for families or groups who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Located only 1950 meters from the North Sea, guests can easily take beach walks and enjoy the fresh breeze and sunny days. The house is suitable for pets, so you can take your four-legged friends on holiday, making it an ideal subject for animal lovers. You can bring up to 2 pets with you, so the whole family can enjoy their holiday together.
Inside, the house offers a range of modern facilities. There is a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet, ensuring that you can relax after a long day. For those who value the comfort of heat, there is also a wood-burning stove and an energy-saving heat pump, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate all around. In summer, the heat pump can also function as air conditioning, keeping the house cool on hot days.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (80 litres), you are well equipped to cook. There is also a barbecue available, so you can enjoy cosy barbecue evenings on the enclosed terrace or the open terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.
The accommodation has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which provides flexibility to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.
