The North Sea coast is just 2 km away, providing easy access to wide sandy beaches and coastal walks. Renovated for the 2022 season, the house is bright, inviting, and tastefully furnished. The open kitchen-living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring an inviting dining and seating space for family gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, making self-catering convenient and enjoyable. The living room combines comfortable furniture with a wood-burning stove and an eco-friendly heat pump, creating a cozy atmosphere for cooler evenings. From here, you can step directly onto the terrace to enjoy meals or relax outdoors. There are three bedrooms, each with a 3/4-width double bed, suitable for a restful night’s sleep. The house also includes a bathroom with a shower, WC, sink, and washing machine, ensuring practical comfort for families. The surrounding garden provides space for outdoor activities and relaxation amid the natural setting. Its protective trees make it ideal for children to play safely, while adults can enjoy the tranquility of the location. This property is perfect for families or small groups looking for a calm coastal retreat with modern comforts and a traditional holiday home charm. No rentals to youth or worker groups, please.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
