The GRINCH lives here. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Huge patio with a privacy fenced in yard. Five minutes from the arena. 15 minutes from the lake. Five minutes from stores. We used the home to stay in and have family over for Christmas meal and presents. The host is GREAT with communication, sharing helpful hints about the amenities. The home is all it looks to be on the VRBO site...and SO MUCH MORE!! Will absolutely use this over and over each time we go to Corbin if its available, which is around 3x a year. Loved this home!!

Outdoor toys had been painted and was peeling. The foundation/flooring was off, some rooms were okay, but the main bedroom felt like I was going to fall through. The bathroom attached to main bedroom is very, very tiny, I could not fit in it do to my shoulder width. Seems like some corners might had been cut when updating the home. However the hostess was very awesome, allowed us an hour early, super friendly, even allowed an extra guest for a night. Overall it was a good experience.
