The location is wonderful there's a beautiful huge river behind it! The staff are great! There's a grocery store right next door everything you need you can get close by!

There is a great cafe in walking distance called DC Diner that has a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is situated on the banks of the Cumberland river which is really nice.
The tv service is inconsistent.

Bed was comfortable although I booked a king and got 2 queens (probably because I can’t do stairs and he had it out me in a downstairs room but he should have said).
Table and chairs were ok but would have preferred a couch
I had to wash my feet before getting into bed because they were grubby from the floor. Only 1 coffee filter was supplied which is not enough. Coffee in the lobby was tasteless. Tap over bath was dripping and needs new tap washers.
