Golden Gate - Towyn

The caravan was clean . There was everything we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful when we arrived.

The door to the caravan made an awful noise when opened. We could not get the WiFi to work.The electric went off and we did not know where find the trip switch. I had to ask a neighbour. These are small things. Maybe a little note inside the caravan about trip switch.

Very clean and tidy,everything we needed was there and didn’t have to worry about anything! would highly recommend. Thank you. 🤩

Good communication by the owner - via email and phone call. Clear instruction on how to check in. Most of basic needs are there ie kitchenette, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven. Toilet rolls were provided, one in each toilet. Clean bed sheet and duvet cover. 3 TVs! (in living room, master bedroom, and one of the two extra bedrooms)- we only used the living room one. Only need to bring own towels, shower gel and wash detergent.

You need to step out of car to key in pin code for the barrier entrance (not auto raised despite car being registered). Still better than other caravan site, you need to walk all the way to pick up the card when checking in and walk all the way again to leave the card when checking out. Electric trip-off if putting on too many things at the same time (eg kettle in the kitchen at the same time as electric heater in the living room)

Lovely caravan had everything you would need plenty of space, clean and excellent price compared to others

Struggled to get signal in the area but luckily found the signal booster in the caravan and plugged it in for the WiFi to work so much better.
