The caravan wasn’t far from the beach, and was mostly clean apart from the toilet and a cupboard. It was homely and comfortable, including a good range of kitchen and bathroom accessories.
The toilet and a cupboard were not fully clean. The toilet seat was loose. It dint have a hairdryer which was advertised as being at the property.

Decking area with bean bags a nice touch. Owner was helpful in giving information in things to do within the area.
We was charged a £40 pet fee for a deep clean but carpet was full of white pet hairs on our arrival. Also owner tried to withhold £20 of the security deposit for 'dog muck & a bone' that was on the grass outside of the caravan after the cleaner went in 48hrs after our departure! It definitely was not ours and looked more like cat muck and some sort of tree branch to me and is a public unsecured area! Quite offended the owner thinks id leave a mess when I left the caravan cleaner than when I arrived.
Overall location is great & the site facilities with the soft play and bar was great with the kids.
