Swahili House - Appartment 1

The location is perfect inside the Medina and many nice restaurants and cafe nearby. Size of the apartment is good for two people (room is better than the picture)

Probably due to the old building in Medina and also when I was there,.it was very foggy so I found the apartment a bit humid. But not a big issue.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre sehr zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen tollen Cafés und Restaurants, eine geschmackvolle und authentische Einrichtung sowie eine besonders freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und ein ebenso aufmerksames Personal, wodurch man sich rundum wohl und willkommen fühlt.

Leider hat das WLAN während meines Aufenthalts nicht wirklich funktioniert.

A perfect home away from home, behind one of the most photographed door. A beautiful apartment with everything you need including a heater - as it getting colder now. Great kitchen with everything you need (including a tagine). I extended my original three days to six it was so nice. The Neighbour is really good with an excellent cafe - L’Espirit and a lovely little resturant with the best tagines (and everything else) Restaurant Tagnaouit. The terrace is closed at present - but you can across to Dar Al Bahar and have breakfast and use their terrace (which has an amazing view). The washing machine is not available, but you can take your washing to Dar Al Bahar (7 euros) or a local laundromat/washing business (3.5 per kilo). You will need to buy your own toilet paper after the initial supply runs out and washing liquid for dishes. There was enough tea and coffee for 3 days which was really nice! Overall this place is a gem and a great find. I look forward to coming back some time. Thank you!
