Excellent accomodation

It's a very nice studio flat, well furnished. Spacious, well heated. The owner was always available through whatsapp. Very easy to access and close to the beautiful Springfield park. And behind a Tesco Express (market).

Didn't bother staying.

Close to Safari Park.

Didn't end up staying due to multiple issues. Shower and hot water not working correctly, tension rod holding shower curtain fell down, fridge switched off and full of puddles, mirror fallen off wall. Uncomfortable bed, wardrobe not fastened to the wall. WiFi stopped working. People in other flats were rude. Owner tried asking for additional security deposit, nothing listed on Booking.com about this.

Overpowering smell of air freshener made us feel nauseous and give us a headache Black mound around shower area of bath No hot water in kitchen and bathroom Refrigerator in cupboard a good distance from kitchen not ideal if you want to make a cup of tea No curtains ,blinds did not keep stop the outside lights at night it was like trying to sleep with lights on Only one light switch had to get out of bed to turn the light on and off Tv had no normal channels only online could not get the internet to work even with code provided

Location.

There was no running hot water other than from the electric shower... so had to decant hot water from there to wash. Kitchen was unusable, as it smelt damp and horrible. Noisy ingress/egress of neighbours up a metal staircase!
