The apartment was lovely, the photos did not fully highlight the space and comfort. Beds were comfortable and the private terrace was beautiful. The pool as well was perfect for hot weather

Unfortunately we had some issues during our stay. The power would frequently shut off when we tried to use the oven or induction hobs. Due to the overall price of the apartment, myself and my group had planned on cooking a lot, yet during the first night we had multiple power outages even while the air conditioning and every other electrical component were switched off. The method in switching the power back on was also difficult, as we had to exit the entire resort to access the fuse box, where we were instructed to use the house keys to open the door for the box. As this door required a specific Allen key and not the house key, the door would not open easily and resulted in our house key breaking. The hosts were very helpful with this issue and replaced our keys the next morning, however due to these issues, we couldn’t cook more with the fear of another power outage that we couldn’t fix. Another issue was the door from our apartment block to the pool area. Our sets of keys did not include a key to open this door, meaning if we were coming back from the pool area, we would need to exit the resort, and re enter around the side through the car park. These issues were not made clear to us before our stay, however I understand that these are partially out of the control of the hosts so overall had a positive experience

As advertised, a lovely apartment that was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. Free parking and a C+C shop opposite was a bonus. Ideal for those looking to relax by the pool or use it as a base to travel out.

An iron and ironing board would be an advantage. Also, the door lock on G block access door is broken so opening the downstairs door can be a bit tricky.

Accommodatie met gebreken.... Bij de foto's op het dakterras staan 2 parasols (zeker nodig om in de zomer het terras te kunnen gebruiken). Bij aankomst was er slechts één defecte (lag gebroken op de grond). Na contact met het verhuuragentschap stuurde ze een technieker langs. Deze stelde vast dat de parasol niet herstelbaar en versleten was. Hij nam deze mee, het agentschap vroeg aan de eigenaar of er een nieuwe aangekocht mocht worden. De eigenaar opteerde om dit niet te doen, hij weigerde dit. Schandalig als je weet dat we er 21 dagen verbleven, prijs per dag = +250€, totaal meer dan 5000€ Een parasol kopen zou dus wel moeten lukken. Daarnaast ook problemen met de sleutel/slot van de inkomhal in het appartement, kan niet open met sleutel, je dient steeds via de garage te gaan. Probleem sleept reeds lang aan, zie andere en vorige reviews. Ook problemen met de elektriciteit, vanaf dat je 2 à 3 zones op het kookvuur aansteekt op max vermogen valt de stroom volledig uit. De airco's samen laten werken gaat al helemaal niet. De hoofdzekering bevind zich buiten, ieder keer dus naar buiten om de zekering opnieuw aan te leggen. Er zijn slechts 2 ligstoelen aanwezig, we waren met 6.. Op het complex zelf heerst er weinig of geen vakantiesfeer, alles is zeer streng gereglementeerd, Zeker aan het zwembad en in de tuin, op het gras mag je niet lopen, stappen spelen enz. Bij de minste vaststelling wordt je via WhatsApp door het verhuuragentschap gecontacteerd. Bv, we hebben vastgesteld dat je badminton speelde tijdens de stille middaguren. We hebben vastgesteld dat er een klein stukje speelgoed van de kinderen in de zwembadfilter terecht gekomen is, dit met genomen foto's van het speelgoed in de filter, en foto's van het speelgoed aan het zwembad als bewijs. Je hebt het gevoel dat je constant bekeken en gecontroleerd wordt, foto's in het geniep nemen en doorsturen, wat met privacy?
