Host was great! We could do an early checkin and late checkout. Communication was easy and in English.
Therefore 7 stars.
Price and value was good. Location is quite far away, which can be a good or bad thing, but you definitely need car / motorbike.
A bit more cleaning and upgrading and this place can be a hidden gem!
Staff at the hotel was friendly, but cleaning wasn´t really good, also for Thailand standards. Sinks and toilet were not really clean. Drawers were dirty. We could not sleep very well, because their was a lot of noice in the neighborhood. which was strange, because it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere.
neighborhood also felt run down.
Outside furniture was full of tree resin or something similar (sticky gel) which ruined our pants when sitting down. If that is fixed, it will be nicer!
