Location is perfect; 7-Eleven is just a few steps away. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The lady is friendly, although she doesn't speak much English. Scooter rental is a little more expensive (300 THB), but the scooters are in perfect condition, which is what you need on the steep roads of Koh Chang. Considering the price, it's a great place overall.
The room hadn't been cleaned and the towels were not changed. However, it's acceptable given the price.

So spacious, great value for money. Very clean in a great location. Rents motorbikes with helmets and laundry services available.

They don't provide a swimming pool like in the photos so the owner sholud delet it. Anyway
the accommodation has a good location, there r many local restaurant around, they rent a motorbike for 250B. The beach is 10min by walk through the beautifull park with a good access & nice sunset. The street is quiet, there r not noisy bars in this area.
