Un apartamento simplemente encantador. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, cuidado al detalle, y además es bastante amplio, lo que lo hace muy cómodo para disfrutar la estancia sin sentirte apretado. La ubicación es ideal: puedes llegar caminando tanto al lago como al centro, lo que te permite disfrutar de todo sin necesidad de transporte.

L’appartamento è molto bello, mi sono sentita a casa subito. Dotato di tutti i comfort! Posizione super strategica vicino a tutti i punti di interesse di Ascona. Quartiere e palazzina tranquillissimi e davanti a casa c’è pure un ruscello che porta fino ad un parco! La proprietaria gentilissima, super disponibile e pronta a gestire tutte le mie richieste e i miei bisogni ! I vicini super carini e accoglienti. Consiglio veramente questo appartamento!

The appartment is 15 minutes on fooy to the lake and city center. There is an underground garrage where you can park your car. The beds were confortable
If you stay durring summer you are toasted. There is no AC and u are at the top floor. There was a fan in the living but it didn’t do anything other than annoy us. Be aware if you are a tall person and you shower…because the bathroom is small and you will hit your head. The appartment has no balcony. To have a private parking spot and charge 22 chf per night seems like a rip off to me.
