Moon Rock Villas Ubud by Ribas

The villas are beautiful and reasonably new, everything is still very clean and in good working order. The bed is comfortable, very nice towels and very clean throughout. The staff are lovely and helpful when asked. The area is very quiet, I was unfortunate to get roudy neighbours on one of the evenings, but that happens everywhere and not the fault of the villas. There is a washing machine and they do supply a small amount of powder for that. There is also a dishwasher with one tablet supplied. Beautiful shampoo, conditioner and hand soap but no other amenities make sure to bring your own.

The area is not good for walking, it is not in a tourist area so do not expect to be able to go to a shop or get a coffee easily, you will need a car. I had a lot of issues with the Gojek drivers not knowing the area at all and getting very lost, you will need to be very clear in the app where you are, do not rely on the pin. Whilst beautifully appointed the villa could use some extras, there is not a lot of crockery and cutlery and although there is a microwave there are no bowls to use to heat anything up, there is one small fry pan. I had to ask for a dinner knife and tea towel but they came very quickly. They also do not keep any spare toilet paper in the villa, so unless you get the room made up daily make sure you carry a spare. Be careful when booking, I made a mistake and thought I had picked breakfast, it is not automatically included, my mistake not theirs. The staircase is very steep, I was unable to get my luggage upstairs, if you are unsure on stairs this is not for you. The lounges by the pool are lovely but could really use some cushions, I didn't swim as the pool in my villa was always in the shade and far too cold but I did hear my neighbours having a splash.

Il manquais beaucoup d’équipement, type éponges liquide vaisselle, deuxième couteau, poil etc Je trouve également dommage de mettre à disposition des snack payant dans la chambre, il devrait juste y avoir le menu pour acheter La piscine n’étais pas très propre

Setiap sudut nya bersih N estetik !! Bagus bgt ….. Kita nginep 4 malam 5hari sungguh berkesan !! Staf nya sangat ramah dan bersahaja Kita bakalan balik lagi ke sini Tq all staf 🥰🙏
