Ubicación perfecta, aparcamiento genial!!! Cocina, menaje electrodomésticos nuevos. Dos televisiones una en el salón otra en la habitación!! Tranquilidad un barrio obrero pero súper tranquilo. El apartamento súper limpio todo súper nuevo, estuvimos 8 días y ningún inconveniente, todo genial

La ubicación respecto al hospital Ramón y Cajal. Barrio tranquilo. Relatívamente facil aparcamiento en horas claras. Se comunican en ingles.
Piden fianza de 200€ y al reservar no lo ves por ningún sitio. Te lo envían al mail luego en "condiciones de la casa". Cuidado con esto. La fianza te la devuelven de 3 a 7 días, y sí, es en el séptimo día. Fuerte olor a humedad. Fofá cama incómodo.
