​The Host (Miguel Rodrigues at Be Cherished) was an absolute superstar. His communication was excellent right from the start, and he constantly went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. He greeted us with a wonderful welcome pack, showed us around the beautiful property, and provided incredibly fast responses to all our messages. He also sent over detailed instructions, maps, useful local information, and even a suggested itinerary! To top it off, he was kind enough to agree to both an early check-in and a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The property itself is exceptional. You can immediately tell this is someone’s loved holiday home—it is beautifully decorated, meticulously cared for, and spotlessly clean. Highlights included the incredible view, a super comfortable super-king-sized bed, and high-quality patio chairs that were perfect for relaxing. The attention to detail was fantastic. It features great air conditioning, a Bosch washing machine (with washing powder provided), and thoughtful extras like dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies. ​We absolutely loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed longer. There was nothing not to like!! The property is a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Old Town. It is worth noting that it sits up a steep hill and requires climbing quite a few steps, so it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is feeling infirm. For everyone else, the walk is well worth it for the views!
