We loved the property and the location right on the canal.
The WiFi situation was an inconvenience because the only option for WiFi connection was an unsecured network and I cannot connect to my work’s vpn from an unsecured network. I appreciated Brittany (the host) trying to help, but ultimately there was no resolution that allowed me to connect to a secured WiFi network. It should be specified in the booking details that WiFi is only accessible from an unsecured network.
We also didn’t enjoy the extremely firm mattress, but we are not firm mattress people so that’s just a personal preference thing.

It was extremely luxurious and comfortable. The firm bed made my night with good sleep.
It was very difficult to warm the unit. There is a floor to ceiling window right next to the bed that isn’t weather sealed and a draft came in all night.
