Muito bacana! Ficamos muito bem hospedados. O lugar era perto do ExpoGramado para onde estava indo durante a semana que estive. Não tem muitas lojas perto, mas ficamos super bem, carro de app baratinho para ir para o centro. Amamos! José muito receptivo. Deu tudo muito certo. Se voltarmos, com certeza iremos nos hospedar novamente.
Estávamos bem localizados, perto do centro e do mercado, mas não tinha muitas lojas em volta, talvez pra quem for se hospedar sozinha não se sinta confortável pra sair a noite por ali na rua, talvez esperando um carro. Mas dentro é super seguro e a cidade tmb se mostrou bem segura.

Apartamento bom, confortável, a pessoa que toma conta é super atencioso e educado.
A garagem para entrar é uma subida em curva fechada, precisa ter atenção. A localização fica num ponto da cidade em que não há nada.
