Localização ótima, proximo do mercado e da Borges de Medeiros
O sofá Cama foi bem desconfortavel, esta em má qualidade. Porém a cama do quarto tava otima. Agora quem vai de familia e melhor comprar um colchao, o sofá e péssimo.

A localização é muito boa.
Tem que buscar a chave na imobiliária para entrar e depois devolver lá, poderiam colocar uma fechadura eletrônica e evitar o transtorno, uma vez que em Gramado centro é quase impossível estacionar.
