Localização muito boa e apartamento bem completo, grande e limpo.
O chuveiro é a gás e no momento que estávamos nos organizando para ir embora, estávamos em 4 pessoas e todos queriam tomar banho, porém o chuveiro só esquentou para a primeira pessoa, os demais estava totalmente gelado, o que é muito ruim, ainda mais em Gramado. Ao contatar a pessoa através do aplicativo foi informado que deveria aguardar 20 minutos a cada pessoa que tomasse banho, assim esquentaria, mas em um grupo de 4 pessoas aguardar 20 minutos a cada banho é péssimo, isso deveria ter sido informado anteriormente.
