Lo que más me gustó es su ubicación, a pocos metros del Vaticano, muy practico si quieres recorreré a pie esa zona. Las camas son cómodas y las dimensiones del alojamiento son correctas para 4 personas

La ducha, nos tuvimos que bañar con un hilo de agua la cual tampoco salía suficientemente caliente. Después de un día de caminata , esto es bastante incómodo. No se trataba de un problema puntual sino falta de mantenimiento. Además la zona de la cocina estaba llena de hormigas por lo cual descartamos hacer uso de la misma durante toda la estancia ( nos las encontramos hasta eñ nuestra ropa)

Sin embargo, Me llamó la atención que el precio en booking decía una cosa y condiciones adicionales de pago , sin embargo, los dueños me cobraron €80 y que hasta que les hiciera el pago por PayPal me daban el acceso al lugar. No había calefacción, hubo un día que descendió a 4º, casi morimos congelados esa noche, les pedí que me indicaran cómo funcionaba la calefacción y me dijo el dueño que después del 15 noviembre se podía (casualidad que ese mismo día saliamos ) me dijo que usáramos el aire acondicionado. luego le pregunté cómo funcionaba la lavadora (estoy esperando q me responda) no llegaron a hacer limpieza ó cambio de sábanas, ó lo que sea que llegaran a hacer ..

La ubicación perfecta para conocer distintos lugares de la ciudad

The apartment indeed had enough space for us, with comfortable beds and silent environment for resting after a busy touristic day in Rome. It is very well located, even though demands a bit of a stairs and slope to reach to arrive at the door.

Unfortunately, there are many issues to point as “didn’t like”. First, when opening the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen a very strong smell of mould came up and stayed for a while. It was possible to avoid using them in the bathroom, but in the kitchen the story was another; since the trash bin was under the sink and cooking pots were stored in the worst cabinet. It is described there are equipment for boiling water or a functional kitchen, there were none. We had 4 pots and basic (insufficient) cutlery for cooking. The coffee was brewed in a (luckily, clean) sock as nothing has been provided for such. We had many problems for taking a shower. The water temperature didn’t keep consistent throughout the shower, despite attempts of adjusting it. But the worst was the drain that didn’t drain the water and we saw ourselves in a small pool (attached picture). Lastly, in one of the days, a laundry company appeared in the flat without had their visiting been announced to us (from the owners). Luckily, the door had its latch on, otherwise the person would simply come in catching me naked.
