No House Keeping , And No Digital Keys Just Manual, And Self Check in And Check Out,No Concierge And Bag Storage After Check Out In Late Flights Booking, Bed Room Is Small

The building and apartment are brand new, everything was perfect. The pool and the view from the pool were super nice. It was very convenient because there were also restaurants and bars in the building so you can enjoy your time there

The location is in walking distance to dubai mall which is very convenient.

İt was very inconvenient that the apartments sleeping space was not set up as requested. We booked for 4 people but only a bed for 2 was prepared which was very inconvenient given we arrived at 4 AM in the morning. We arrived with kids, there were not enough beds set up as requested in the booking nor were there any spare bed sheets in the cabinet. We could find some duvets which we had to use without covers. The receptionist had not been informed about our arrival, and only let us stay at the apartment because he felt sorry for our kids not having a place to sleep otherwise. The booking was made last minute with information about late arrival and the number of persons staying. İ received a confirmation for the booking and even responded to a message from the host confirming our late arrival time. The next day İ called the host and instead of apologizing he used excuses but then kindly tried to fix the damage and arranged the sleeping spaces. İ am wondering, why would the host question my booking if İ make a booking with the booking terms: cancellation not possible, full payment applies. They accepted my booking and if İ happen to not show up at the end, its anyways my problem because İ will have to pay for it. So, just prepare the apartment according to the booking you accepted! Furthermore, Coffee machine was not working, nor was the water heater switched on which led to having to shower with cold water. When preparing an apartment for guests the water heater should be switched on before arrival.
