הדירה מאד מרווחת וכוללת 3 חדרים וסלון גדול. המטבח מאובזר ומאפשר עצמאות בהכנת ארוחות. לשומרי מסורת - הדירה נמצאת ממול בית חב"ד והחנות למצרכים כשרים והמסעדה הכשרה נמצאים בבית חב"ד.
הכניסה לדירה היתה די מאתגרת - נאלצנו ליצור קשר עם הבעלים מספר פעמים כדי להכנס. למרות שהדירה בקומה ראשונה ואפשר לכאורה לעלות ברגל, המעלית מאד מיושנת, צרה ולא מאפשרת כניסה של יותר מנוסע אחד עם מזוודה. החניה לא זמינה בהכרח וחניה בצמוד לדירה היא ענין של מזל

Acest apartament nu are o garderobă, dulap sau raft pentru pantofi. In baie curge apă pe lângă ușa dușului. Geamurile din baie nu au folie lipsă de intimitate. In dormitor lipsește o aplică de lumină iar în bucătărie nu funcționează toate prizele. Per total raport calitate preț nota nesatisfăcător.
