Easy to find and get to. Plenty of parking outside. Comfortable bed and plenty of room inslde. Maria the keyholder was exceptionally kind and helpful.
The location is great as a base for exploring the wider area - Mar Menor, Cartagena Murcia etc
Lack of furniture to be able to sit out on the verandah. No broadband - not a great problem for me but may put off families with children.
On arrival no kettle or small saucepan. Maria quickly rectified this though. Glad to have had a hire car as it was a long walk to larger supermarkets and the "livelier" beach areas and to the old town.
The sun terrace was accessible up a "death-trap" spiral staircase - no good unless fit healthy and sober!
