Our bright, airy and comfortable apartment with private rooftop solarium and terraces to front and back provides an ideal base for enjoying the wonderful holiday destination of Los Alcazares. It is situated in the well-maintained secure 'El Divino' complex, with 2 shared pools in attractive surroundings, and is just 5 minutes walk from the attractive plaza with a wide choice of bars and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the blue-flag beaches. Many excellent golf courses including the famous La Manga Club, and the historic port city of Cartagena are within a 20 minute drive. Los Alcazares boasts 7 kilometres of blue flag beaches with over 300 days of sunshine annually. There are many beach bars and playgrounds for young children along the promenade and a water sports centre on the beach. The Mar Menor has 3 excellent golf courses at hand, and also a driving golf range 10 mins drive away. There are three water parks and a zoo a short drive away.

Had a lovely stay apartment was very well equipped and clean unfortunately next door lady feeds the pigeons and the bird poo on the veranda was disgusting i even cleaned it a few times she puts food out in her hallway for them when the door is open it smells sour hope this can get sorted because its not good for chris and laura.

Excellen location, fabulous sun terrace with brand new sun beds. Appartments comfy with everything that you need. No hidden costs such as wifi or cleaning fees. Would benefit from having a safe to store valuables and travel documents.

Our first time using this apartment and really couldn't fault. My worries of reading previous review after booking this property for a long term stay of two months were unjustified. Yes the neighbour,who is very pleasant,does feed the birds,but only on the front few steps leading up to the flat,to which she is brushing down each day. The balcony which gets the sun all day and the roof terrace which we enjoyed a lot were totally clean. The lounge/diner has been updated from advertised picture with a large corner sofa big enough for two adults to stretch out on,plus single chair. The beds were really comfortable,which you don't often get with holiday lets. Chris and property managers Debbie and Craig were very helpful and quick to respond to an unfortunate incident we incurred in the the town,and helped us immensely. We love Los Alcazares,the apartment is close to all shops,bars,beach and golf courses. Wouldn't hesitate to stay in this apartment again.

The apartment was in good order at first sight but just a couple of small things . The air conditioning leaked the whole week and the chairs on the patio were broken. Upstairs on the Sun terrace all of the cushions for the sunbeds were either ripped or damp..The cutlery could have been replaced as it was bent or broken and there were not enough glasses.
Possibly the owners not being informed could be the problem
