Neat room, view was great! Nice AC, Nice pillow and blanket... Good breakfast. Nice bathroom. Closet was neat and clean Good breakfast. Tasty! Room was spacy. Good for 2 people!

PLS Read this carefully! The lower and upper sharp edges of beds can hit leg area badly- so do something about this!!!! Beds must be broader Reception check in must be smoother luggage- no one carried. Kettle for making tea- NOT CLEAN- Really surprising!!!! The TV was of some non sense local brand- really didnt expected this from Mariott! Eyes got stress watching it for few mins, pathetic speakers in TV. Breakfast- the waiter serving freshly made dosa, omlette- weren't so friendly nor put any smile on their faces. At reception, pls make sure that customers do not have to fill any details by themseleves, filling and writing details is pathetic, frankly speaking. In this case iBis ranks 1 when it. comes to check in. No one asked for carrying luggage at check in. That was rude. Even while checkout, no one asked for carrying luggage!!! At reception, they were giving several numbers for us to remember for room service, restaurant kitchen etc, come on it's not a viva exam to remember all this at reception and not a proper way to greet the customers. Checkin experience wasn't pleasant, it was GOOD but not BEST, it could definitely be better! Beds must be half feet broad - twin beds. Per bed half feet broad required. length was good but needs to be half feet braoder atleast! Apart from this, really enjoyed my stay.
