The villa was spacious and airy, in a great area just 10 to 12 minutes by car from stores, restaurants, and malls. You do need a car to get around, but the location is really convenient. The staff was helpful and responsive whenever we needed them.
It wasn’t cleaned well enough when we arrived. Although the staff sent cleaners after we asked, they didn’t mention any extra charge until checkout. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry weren’t properly prepared—no shampoo, only soap, and the laundry area was rusty. We tried to wash our clothes, but we couldn’t because of the rust. Additionally, the basement floor kitchen area had a strong sewer smell. The microwave and hairdryer were also broken. After a long conversation, when we explained we hadn’t received a clean villa, they said we didn’t have to pay if we didn’t want to, but we didn’t want to ruin our holiday, so we paid anyway.
