• Communication was fast and clear
• It was clean
• Bed and pillow were comfortable
• location is perfect
• It’s exactly like in the pictures
• there was coffee and a bottle of water
• the blinds are a good quality and completely black out the light
• Even for someone who is not noise sensitive the doors of the other surrounding rooms opening and closing (and of your own) make a lot of noise. I always sleep with ear plugs and still heard most of it. If someone stays there at the same time in the opposite room you even can listen to people talk. It’s an old building, so that makes sense but still good to know.
• for about 100€/night I was a bit disappointed that they did not have at least a generic shampoo dispenser. The quality of some of the bathroom items was quite low and did not fit in with the seemingly new renovated room. The toilet paper was the flimsiest/cheapest there is.
