The property is only a short walk from the old town.
Parking was easy on site. The property was on the 4th floor but it was easy to access with the elevator.
The room could have done with new towels, better pillows and more variety of fruit at breakfast.

Perfect location with free car park, close enough to town centre, one room with seaview too. Breakfast was great and service was good with the staff from Ukraine

all the staff was lovely but Nadia was so kind & very helpful & accomodating & caring makeing our stay more comfortable .. the breakfast was freshly made & rooms where sooo clean .. great modern place to stay ..

Location was great with relatively easy public parking by the property.
As others commented, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and communication.
The towels were worn and rather stained, and although they appeared clean, this isn’t something I believe is acceptable. They should be replaced.
Room 1 had scaffolding completely covering the balcony, and, therefore, the sea view. We asked if it was possible to have another room and we were told this wasn’t possible Unfortunately, construction work began at 8:30 each morning.
