Triple A - Ermou Retreat Studios - Free Parking!

Sehr Zentrale Lage.

Triple A - Ermou Retreat Studios is located in the Athens centre. The best part is the location, (we can see the Panagía Kapnikaréa Church from the room), availability of good coffee and pastries downstairs (Attica) and all viral food places (Tylixto and Lukumades) also nearby. It is near to most of the attractions and is also near Metro stops. The area is vibrant and busy as Ermou street is the main high street. We really liked the central location, as we could walk almost everywhere. The downside of central location is the noise. The property itself was clean and accessible (few steps to the main door but there is a small lift). The room was clean and we can request fresh towels easily. The service from reception (although only via whatsapp) was super, very attentive. They fixed the bathroom extractor as soon as possible after I complained. The idea of having breakfast in different locations is also great. You do not have to eat the same food every day. Although some breakfast places only did continental (cold) breakfast.

It was specially noisy on Saturday night and few other nights because of the street performers, also the restaurant downstairs play live music "loud" every evening and can be disturbing for most. Our room had AC and good double glazing so it was not that bad specially after walking 20000 steps everyday. The room itself was quite small, to be honest, with no space for keeping the bags at all.

Property conditions really depends on the person to person , we had a car so it was very difficult as location , it is the heart of the city ,it was very much noissy area all day long.you can not open the window to get freah air. Furniture of the bad has a design trouble , to corner of the furniture is very dangerous we had trouble many times by hurting our legs bcs the room is also very narrow .after busy and tired day we were needed to have more comfortable and quite room to rest so it depends what you like . Inside the room is brand new decorated.
