Ottima Posizione rispetto alla facoltà di veterinaria, vicino al parco con un beergarden. A circa 15 minuti è presente la stazione del treno. L'appartamento è piccolo ma accogliente e c'è tutto, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice. Ho apprezzato la presenza di un riduttore per le prese elettriche. Se tornassi a monaco sicuramente rappresenta un ottimo punto di appoggio.

Schönes kleines Appartement für 1-2 Personen. Viel auf kleinem Raum untergebracht: Wasch-, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, kleiner Herd ohne Backofen. etc. Bad mit Dusche groß genug. Problemloses Einchecken mit Türcode. Kein Kleiderschrank, nur Regal und Bettkasten.
Züge, die nahe der Unterkunft vorbeifahren. Bei offenem Fenster laut. Kaffeemaschine leider nicht vorhanden.

El estacionamiento gratis , la limpieza , la ubicacion a un kilometro de la estacion .
La cama con una sola salida , no recomendable para dos perdonas , se debe pasar por sobre la otra para ir al baño de noche ! No tiene extractor de aire en la cocina , no recomendable cocinar .
