About this house rental

The two semi-detached houses "Die 12" and "Die 14", each with a living space of approximately 160 m², offer space for a total of 21 persons when combined.
"The 12":
Spread over 4 floors are 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed), 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and a cozy living room with Smart TV and wine fridge. The adjoining terrace with gas barbecue and two balconies on the upper floors allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax (sauna towels are provided). The house also has a washer-dryer, ironing board and iron, baby crib and high chair. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome here.
"The 14":
There are 4 bedrooms spread over 4 floors with a total of 11 sleeping options: 1 bedroom with 2 box-spring double beds, 2 bedrooms each with a box-spring double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The bedroom on the top floor has its own bathroom and a small kitchen. There are also 2 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 day toilets, a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, fridge with ice cube dispenser and a cozy living room with a large dining table and reading corner. The adjoining terrace with gas barbecue and radiant heater as well as two balconies (facing south and east) on the upper floors allow you to enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The infrared cabin in the basement invites you to relax. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby crib and high chair. Pets are not allowed in this half of the house.
You can park your cars in 2 garages and on the two outdoor parking spaces in front of the garages. A storage room is available for bicycles and skis.
The location in the district of Garmisch is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes and mountainbike tours in the summer season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the ski areas "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
The pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only a 15-minute walk away and offers various shopping facilities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment.
