The place is clean and has all the essentials like hair dryer and a working kitchen and shower. The place is in a good location and has a great coffee shop (Melody) downstairs, which we can recommend. The renters reply fast.
It would be good to get some hooks on the wall for towels to dry out and instructions for the window. We got it open eventually because ventilation is needed. Also, if you are a light sleeper, buy some earplugs (the trains do stop at some point).

Muy limpio, muy cerca de la estación de metro y muy bien conectado, buenas instalaciones con todo lo necesario para cocinar y para el baño.
La habitación en la que nos alojamos, estaba pegada a las vías del tren, era realmente difícil dormir con trenes pasando cada dos por tres, las persianas o cortinas no tapaban realmente el sol y en cuanto salía te despertabas también del sol, debido a la cercanía del tren no podías abrir la ventana para dormir y que entrara el aire por lo que hacia mucha calor en la habitación. (Junio) Como sugerencia de mejora: Pondría un aire acondicionado en esa habitación (habitación 2 piso 2) ya que por los trenes es imposible abrir la ventana y como cortesía unos tapones o un antifaz no estaría mal, ya que realmente se necesitan.
