We came down for my son's Marine Corps graduation and from the moment I walked in, I was in awe of how beautiful and clean the place was! It had a spacious deck looking over the fenced back yard. Little ones could play while family is grilling out. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and a few of us took showers back to back and the water never got cold.There was plenty of storage or hanging room along with hangers in the closets. There was an iron and ironing board that I wish I knew about so I wouldn't have packed mine, but I was still glad to see one. There was plenty of parking space for the 3 cars we needed room for. The location was excellent! It was a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. This place really has it all! I would 1,000% stay here again if needed.
There wasn't anything that I thought was bad, but maybe a few minor hiccups that could be fixed. When we first arrived, the code I was given didn't work to unlock the door. I had to call, but the lady was very friendly and gave me the code to get a physical key out of the lock box. She was very friendly and said the code should work within a couple hours, but we just kept the physical key and wasn't phased at all. My husband would have liked to have had a TV in the bedroom, but really we were so tired from graduation events and early wake up times, that it didn't bother us either. And last, check out procedures were a little confusing. I started grabbing linens to put in the wash and even put them in the machine (because that's what the directions said) only find out from reading a small magnet on the machine that they don't do that in that house and that they send all their linens out to be cleaned. Don't get me wrong, I love that they do that, but it would have been good to have known that beforehand. I would have liked a convenient checkout procedure printed out for us to go by for that specific house and not a general list for all. If there was one, I didn't see it, so maybe place one in an area sure to be seen like on the back of the front door.
