l'host , dopo averci mandato un messaggio automatico con il pin per l'apertura della porta, è praticamente sparito. nessun messaggio neppure dopo il check out per sapere se fosse tutto ok.

El sitio es agradable con un jardín donde desayunar. Todo funcionó correctamente: nevera, aire acondicionado, luces, ducha (presión y temperatura). Servicio excelente: buenas toallas que te dejan cada día, todos los días te dejan botellas de agua. La habitación es amplia y resulta muy agradable dormir en un Hanok. Buena ubicación en un sitio en el que todo se puede visitar andando.
No nos atendió nadie físicamente. Todo era por mensajes. Las indicaciones para llegar no son tan completas como en otros hoteles. Les falta un cartel en la puerta con el número de la casa (otras casas de al lado si lo tienen). Mientras estás en el jardín hay una cámara que te está vigilando siguiendo tus movimientos, es un poco incómodo.

La ubicación era muy buena. El hanok cumplió las expectativas
El hanok se quedaba pequeño para dos personas con maleta. Tanto el baño como las paredes del hanok estaban un poco desgastadas. Hay otros hanoks donde vives la experiencia con algo más de comfort.
