The location, the experience, the view

Nothing

It was such a beautiful Hank, located right in the center of the Hanok village. The owner was also so kind to let us upgrade to a bigger room, which we really appreciated.

Liked everything.

Location and also the breakfast. Cleanliness

Bit of mosquitos but not a big issue. Seasonable env issue not facility

The heated floors were lovely, and the location was great for wandering around the hanok village

I think we’re too far past our backpacker, youth hosteling days to enjoy this. The hanok was a shoebox, barely big enough for a small double mattress and a couple of suitcases. The weather was bad and we had no choice but to huddle in this tiny, dim space. We knew the shower would get the floor wet in the bathroom; we didn’t realize the shower head actually hung over the toilet and would soak everything in there. And I had scoffed a little at the reviewers who complained about how hard the floor was for sleeping, and then we realized how truly thin and useless the mats were. It was a rough night and we were glad we’d only booked one night.
